Oh no... If you're here, it probably means that something went wrong or you aren't as satisfied as you expected to be. We apologize in advance. We design, print, and sew everything in house. The process is long and this is our first time too. Unfortunately, mistakes are part of us getting better at our craft too.
SO, before you leave a negative review or anything, please contact us and we're happy to work with you. We would also love to hear feedback from you. Your feedback and recommendations are part of the learning process that makes us better.
Here are some common industry standard practices we'd like to enforce:
- Every order takes 3-5 business days to be processed and packed (shipping not included)
- We cannot make any changes to the order info once the order has been placed
- We are not responsible for any errors in the info that you input
- We are not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier immediately
- Must notify us within 10 days of any issues with the items
- If filing for a claim, request must include clear photos of the damaged goods with the issue(s) visible
